Please be advised all information submitted will be checked & verified in line with the Qualification Criteria listed below. Upon confirmation that your company meets our criteria one of our Business Growth Specialists will contact you to discuss your requirements in more detail.

Sylectus has a policy to protect our existing customers (subscribers) from losing employees and/or drivers and/or fleet owners. As such, we have a policy at Sylectus whereby new subscribers must not have been employed (contracted) with any of our existing customers for a minimum of six (6) months. This policy is intended to protect our existing subscribers from fleet erosion and / or loss of customers. If, after completing your subscription, we determine that your company is subject to this six month waiting policy, then Sylectus Inc. reserves the right to terminate your subscription with Sylectus Inc. until the six month waiting period has been reached.

Qualification criteria to become a subscriber to the Sylectus Alliance:

Trucking companies that have between 10 and 350 trucks.
Must have valid insurance and authorities.
Cannot only be a freight forwarder, 3PL, 4PL or logistics company.
Cannot be an agent for a freight forwarder, 3PL, 4PL or logistics company.
Principal owner of the submitting organization cannot be driving for one of our subscribers. If so, they must cease driving for our customers and wait 6 months before submitting their application.
Principal owner of the submitting organization cannot be an employee of one of our subscribers or have been employed by one of our subscribers within the past 6 months. If so, they must wait 6 months from employment termination before submitting their application.
Your company must have had operating authorities for at least 12 months.
Small companies must provide copies at least two (2) recent invoices where you have billed two (2) customers.
